I believe that the human body is incredible, which is why I became a complementary therapist and lecturer. My fascination with the human body has taken me all over the world and I never cease to be amazed by what massage and natural therapies can do to help repair and heal the body.

The majority of my clients are in Oxfordshire and I am happy to travel across the county, however my early career as a therapist started in London and so I still commute there to visit clients as necessary.

Sports and remedial deep tissue massage has become one of my key areas of treatment, probably because we all lead such demanding and strenuous lives! This type of massage can help to relieve back ache, muscle pains, headaches, repetitive strain injury as well as preventing and treating sports injuries. I have treated all kinds of ailments and several years ago even had the privilege of working with the All Black Rugby Team in New Zealand.

Having worked extensively across a variety of treatments I am well placed to be able to offer advice on what treatment would be most suited to your ailments or requirements. My treatments are ageless and start from baby massage to relieving the aches and pains of older age. Contact me directly to discuss your needs and find out how I can help you and your family.

As well as providing treatments I have also lectured at a number of schools and colleges, teaching all types of massage plus anatomy and physiology of the human body.
